"I Want You to Understand This..."

I want you to understand this!
When it comes again (strong overwhelming sensations, feelings, strong beliefs that strongly distract us). When sensations, for some people they come very strong. What to do?
Well, I want you to not fight with this storm. Don’t even try to escape for a moment. Just let it be, like give your existence to existence for a moment. And simply, just be aware, only be aware. So don’t fight - (don’t go into resisting it) - it's a kind of excited response that only energizes the sensation more. So I am telling you no don’t fight with it. Just as thought I switch off something and all you can do is just be aware.
Don’t interpret. The worst thing happening is the tendency to interpret the sensation that is coming. the sensation by itself is not so bad. Worse than the sensation is the tendency to interpret it in a very personal way ‘Why is this happening to me, and I just want (this to go) away, and this ‘I’, ‘I’, ‘I’ comes in. That is what gives off the bad feeling, the bad smell. The sensation by itself is just the sensation. But the meaning you are giving it - is unique. You are making that meaning into something and then suffering it.
I don’t want to give you a pill - I want you to have clear understanding in moments like this. When you may have a panic attack. Simply be aware. Awareness is there first before any sensation arises. Because every sensation is perceived because awareness is there first. And it is perceived in awareness. You must accept this, you must see this. Awareness is not first or second, it does not have a beginning or an end. The fact that you know you exist arises from awareness itself... so take it for granted. The ability to perceive is your awareness but it has no belief, it has no gender, it has no intention, It has no fear. And you must find it. And in fact even (in these situations of intense fear), I want you to transform this fear and it becomes an assistance to your freedom. This is changing the quality of the experience rather than running from the experience,
you’re going to use it. So (let the fear come), more, more more, come!
