When You Realize the Self You Are Free

When you realise the Self, you are free.
Freedom means somehow:
You are always in peace, you are not being peaceful.
You are always kind, you are not being kind.
You are always the Self. Not sometimes. Not mostly.
And then your ' And then' - stories are over.
There is no ' And then' for the Self.
What is it like inside the body?
It's like you are space moving about in space,
but not just dry, phenomenal space …
Spirit Space. Intelligent space.
Your mind is always quiet.
Even if it is momentarily troubled,
it will swiftly return to its natural peacefulness
for that is the true state of the mind.
You experience all emotions, even anger, even sorrow
but they are momentary - they don't become routine states.
You perceive all energetically. Your intuitive powers open up.
You understand things that cannot be explained.
Your being will not feel glued in this body
- it can move about and occupy different positions of being.
You don't judge other people - not deeply.
Whatever comes, bitter or sweet, your being will embrace it as Grace.
Such will be your good fortune

Seeing Things as They Are

Vipassana, which means to see things as they really are, is one of India’s most ancient techniques of meditation. It was rediscovered by Gotama Buddha more than 2500 years ago and was taught by him as a universal remedy for universal ills, i.e., an Art Of Living. This non-sectarian technique aims for the total eradication of mental impurities and the resultant highest happiness of full liberation.
Vipassana is a way of self-transformation through self-observation. It focuseson the deep interconnection between mind and body, which can be experienced directly by disciplined attention to the physical sensations that form the life of the body, and that continuously interconnect and condition the life of the mind. It is this observation-based, self-exploratory journey to the common root of mind and body that dissolves mental impurity, resulting in a balanced mind full of love and compassion.
The scientific laws that operate one’s thoughts, feelings, judgements and sensations become clear. Through direct experience, the nature of how one grows or regresses, how one produces suffering or frees oneself from suffering is understood. Life becomes characterized by increased awareness, non-delusion, self-control and peace.

A Espiritualidade não pode ser Ensinada...

"Você não pode ensinar espiritualidade.
Ela não pode ser ensinada.
Você pode ensinar práticas espirituais ás pessoas.
Elas são boas.
Elas ajudam a refinar a consciência, a refinar a mente,

True Awakening is a Selfless Business

"No one can become a disciple by their own decision or effort.
Only God can make you into a disciple.
Only then, when you are switched on internally,
can you follow with your heart, and evolve.
If you try to do it with your mind, you won’t do it.
You cannot wake up to Truth by personal effort alone.
You will try it for a while, and then you will abandon it.
If you are sensitive, something will begin speaking inside your heart.
And it is doing some work inside you.
It is not merely speaking to your intellect.
It is doing something beautiful inside.
It is turning on your magic.
And there has to be something inside that says:
‘Yes, I know this, I know this,’
and you will follow this feeling.
Be one with that pure vibration.
You need not be my student or disciple.
Whoever it is, when it is your call,
then you must listen here and go here, inside your heart.
At a certain point, you must feel that you are totally, totally here,
and a Master can only reveal the Real right here.
It is not over there.
You have to know and smell the presence of God inside your being.
You have to be willing to be beyond brave.
Something takes you beyond your seeming capacity,
and delivers your mind inside your Heart."

"Everything is Passing...enjoy it's Momentariness!"

“Do not be willing to touch anything that slows you down. Let everything go! Now! It is time. You have spent lots of energy, lots of attention, lots of power on things which are of little value. You have given a tremendous amount of energy to trivial things. Why don’t you give a little of your time to explore, ‘What am I without all these things?’”
Q. “Here in satsang it feels fine, but out there in my daily life …”
“This is already a concept. It is not true. That which you are cannot go. It is your attention that goes elsewhere!
My challenge to everyone is this: Right here, right now, step out of this ‘here-now’ - and tell me when you come to some edge where ‘here’ becomes ‘there’, and ‘now’ becomes ‘then’. Give your attention to this. In this inner space all manner of things may appear, but this one, the one who dwells here is untouched. Within this space-like emptiness, you observe life as a flow of sensations - momentary yet divine.”
